Admission Procedure

Registration for admission for Academic Year 2024-25 is open. At present entry level is LKG. However, parents can register for classes up to X.

Admission for Classes III to X will be considered after an admission test and availability of vacancies. Registration fees rupees Five hundred only.

Physical offline facility for the admission form and registration is also available in the school office, Monday to Saturday between 9:00am to 4:00pm. Parents can collect the Registration form from the office by making payment of Rupees Five Hundred through DD payable to R. C. Matriculation School, Gandhi Nagar, Vaiyampatti.

For primary classes (up to Class V) an oral test in English, Mathematics and Environmental Science will be conducted and For Class VI to X students will have a written test in English, Mathematics, Science and Social Science.

Note :

Eligible age :

As per the Education Policy, (3+) entry level age of the child is three years for Lower Kindergarten. For subsequent classes the eligible age would be reckoned again with proportionate increase over 3 years.

Proof of age :

Certificate of birth issued by competent authority.

Proof for Residential Address:

Any one document

Aadhar Card of the parent

BSNL telephone bill

Driving License of the parent

Documents required for Admission

Registration form.

One recent Passport size photo of the student.

Self-Attested copy of caste certificate, respective to SC/ST/ OBC/ Minority community.

TC from the previous school for class I and above.

Copy of the Aadhaar card.

Birth certificate copy of the student.
